Great food

Always good hot meal that have veggies and great taste.

We placed a large order and I'll admit, it was new years eve, but still I am not impressed. We arrived early and watched half our "fresh" order being assembled from the trays that had been out under the hot lamps for mall people to pick from for who knows how long. It must have been a long time because the vegetables were a mush and the egg rolls and chicken balls were dry and hard. Some of the items were soupy. I also watched ingredients that should have been plentiful being sprinkled on top of a container in hopes you wouldn't notice there wasn't more in the container. We ended up buying some frozen chicken balls and egg rolls which were better for our party. Haven't tried egg roll King yet but ko's was better. Maybe this place is better just for a small mall visit.

Great food, and excellent service

This review is only for the lo mein. I have had lo mein in a lot of places (Canada and the US), but nobody nails it like these guys do. Rest of the food is typical mall quality (and Nova Scotia Chinese food in general is pretty appalling), but for the lo mein I go back when I'm in town.

Tried to charge me 2.50 for a 99c can of Arizona iced tea (days 99c on the can) dry food. chicken balls I pulled the chicken out and ate the batter that's how hard the chicken was. ribs were dry and hard. I will never eat there again. so mad I wasted my money. they need to have fresh food.

Owners are rude

Expensive, staff hides in the back most of the day. Food is not fresh.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes one day before the server came to the counter as she was hiding out back. Then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the rice I had ordered in my meal. The chicken balls were dry tasting and also tasted like they were reheated.

Always a great food experience. They have been here ever since i was a kid back in the early 2000's.

I dont know about the other people but i always have a good experience when i go there always nice hot food and the lady behind the counter is always really nice and friendly i highly recomend going to magic wok, 5 stars forsure im going there tonight april 27 2018 yeahhhh budddyyyy
